1. Bookings and Reservations

All bookings must be made through our official booking form or authorised channels. A confirmation will be sent upon successful reservation. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances with reasonable notice where possible.

Payments are required upon booking or as specified on our pricing page. We accept payment methods outlined during the booking process. Prices and fees are subject to change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Code of Conduct

xyfiway promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or behaviour that disrupts others will not be tolerated and may lead to removal from premises without refund.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session will be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees as detailed in our cancellation policy.

6. Health and Safety

Patrons must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by xyfiway and staff. Use of equipment is at your own risk, and we recommend taking regular breaks during long sessions.

7. Privacy and Data

We collect and process personal information as detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to this collection and processing for the purposes of booking management and communication.

8. Liability

xyfiway is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property while on site. We endeavour to provide a safe environment but encourage users to exercise personal responsibility.
